The Peking University Office of Science and Technology Development attended the “18th International Applied Science Technology Development Network Summit” on Oct. 25th 2014 in Chengdu, Sichuan. The network Secretariat-General, Dr. Huang Liang concluded the year’s work, highlighted the strengths and weakness of past year’s work. A few important milestone for the past year includes attending the 41th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, organized the “PolyU International Student Challenge”, launched the ISTA-ATN Network Technologies and Nano-cooperative Joint Training Doctoral Program. Peking University participated in many of these activities, and won three awards in the Geneva conventions.
A few notable attendee of the summit include Vice Chancellor Dr. HU Ming Qiang, HKSAR Government Director of Intellectual Property Mr. ZHANG Jin Hui, Executive Vice President of the Singapore Transpacific IP Dr GUO Wei Ling, and the Director of Peking University Office of Science and Technology Development.
