Foundation of Entrepreneurship Lesson Four:Team Building and Incentive Management

Human resources is one of the most critical factors contributing to the success of an enterprise, it is also a crucial index in the assessment of entrepreneurship.

Many business partners are able to successfully tackle setbacks and challenges together, but it is actually coming upon success which can break down their relationship. Inconsistent partnerships may deeply hamper the long term potential and sustainable development of new ventures.  An Entrepreneurial team is the foundation for successful business practice, however the team will be confronted with problems, especially during the preliminary stage, such as when recruiting suitable partners, building a positive team and learning how to inject a positive mindset into the new venture.
In response to these questions, we will specially invite Prof. Yilan Li, professor of Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing Strategy at Peking University to present a lecture on Team Building and Incentive Management. Prof. Li will systematically deliver key points on team composition, configuration management and leadership, combining theory with practical examples. Her remarks will greatly inspire those who are in need of a high-performing business team.
