College students' business plans are changed from ideas into real blueprints and these business plans are submitted to the administration for approval. For students interested in a business plan competition, Professor Chen created a contest which involved summing up 8 points and giving 10 characteristics related to business plans.

During these interactive sessions, students were eager to ask questions. Professor Chen stressed the importance of contacts, capital, management, technology, "becoming an entity that plans". Professor Chen went on to say that funding strand breaks were a big risk.
